Tiago Tebet started his career working as an assistant for both Paulo Pasta and Leda Catunda. Graduated in Arts at Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, FAAP-SP, in 2009. During the years of 2007, 2008 and 2009, the artist presented at three Anuais (FAAP exhibition project), being indicated to a scholarship. Still during the university, took place to the Dora Longo Bahia group – Anarcademia – through which he participated in the São Paulo Biennial (2008), curated by Ivo Mesquita. In the same year, he participated in the group exhibition Casa Vazia, in São Paulo, and, in 2010, the Arrebaldes e Arredores show, in the Lutecia F.A.A.P building, as well as in Par-alela exhibition. In 2011, he had his first solo exhibition, Standard, at Luciana Brito Galeria. In the same year, he took part in the Exhibitions Program of the Ribeirão Preto Art Museum, MARP. In 2013, Luciana Brito Galeria held his second solo exhibition entitled Overal. In 2015, Tiago Tebet participated in the Mercosur Biennials in Porto Alegre, Brazil, and also performed the curatorial project of the group show 30RAT/ART at Luciana Brito Galeria.
